This fixing tape is made using the characteristics of silicone rubber that is highly shrinkable, durable, and weather resistant. Same as the ones that come with RCT Wrap Bar Tape. Simply stack the tape together to secure it as if it was glued. Even if the surface is dirty, the tape overlaps each other so you can wrap it around any area. Amazing stuff. Bike mechanic and photographer. I use this this for so many things now. Favorite wrap for chainstay protector. It bonds to itself so just a little overlap is all you need and when you're finished you have a solid wrap of silicone that stays put! And when it's time to remove it, it's super easy. Just one cut down the middle and the whole thing comes off in one piece. It's super stretchy and super strong. Makes a great under-layer to handlebar tape for extra padding. Great way to add grip to a tripod or fluid head, or silence surfaces from rattling.If you need to protect something with a tough layer of silicone that will also add a little padding and grip, this is your solution.
