This is my son's second version of this bat. He moved from a 29 to a 30 inch. Both bats hold up great, especially in off season training. We put so many swings on this bat and it's still in great shape. The Axe handle suits him well. If you're using an Axe bat in games, you need to be using this wood bat to train. We're off to middle school BBCOR next, so we'll be moving up to an Axe wood bat for -3 training.
