Comes with pre-wrap, two rolls of tape, folding scissors and case/dispenser.The scissors are tucked into the center hole of the pre-wrap. They were a little tricky to unfold. You have to pull them outward to unfold, and push them inward to refold. I'm sure they will be fine once I get comfortable doing it, but I was initially concerned about stabbing/cutting myself. They are a nice addition to the kit, as we need to travel with it.We wrap my daughter's ankle before every soccer practice/game. The pre-wrap wrapped as expected. The tape seemed especially sticky. I use athletic tape every day and this tape easily folded and/or stuck to itself, which was not something I normally experience. It was also hard or impossible to get it to unfold or unstick from itself. I had to cut off a piece of tape and start over.The pre-wrap and tape worked, as expected. My daughter has had no problems with it being loose or coming off during play.A cap on each end of the case twists off/on to access/replace the roles. It has slits on the side to dispense the pre-wrap and tape, but I don't feel those are necessary or functional. I prefer to have the whole roll of pre-wrap and/or tape in my hand when I'm wrapping an ankle. As a holding case, it seems to work fine, though I'm not 100% confident the end caps would stay on after being jostled around in a soccer bag for a while. I will update my review if that occurs. **Update - the end caps do come off after being jostled around in a soccer bag...and then you have to dig around for the tape, scissors and caps to get it all back together.**Being that I can get the same amount of pre-wrap and tape for about $8-$10, it's an "OK" value for the additional scissors and case. I don't believe I would purchase this again, but if the case works, I will likely continue to use it and refill, as needed.
